Can I change drawer configurations?

Yes drawer configuration can be altered to suit your needs.

How long before I can get my own colors product delivered?

Waiting time is approximately 12 weeks.

What is Minimum order for different colors?

20 units is the minimum for own color.please allow 12 weeks delivery.

What colors are available?

Blue and cream: Other colors are available upon request.

Will freight be charged?

Freight will be charged for each pallet that is used.

Can I get a quote on the freight before I order the product?

Yes, a quote can be given to you before you order.

Is there warranty on Phoenix products?

Yes, Phoenix covers a 5 year warranty against faulty workmanship and materials.

Can you have a blue cabinet with cream drawers?

Yes, the drawers can be configured anyway you like.

Where are product made?

They are made in our own factory in Asia. We control the buying, manufacturing and quality control of every product. Once in Australia they are checked before they are freighted to the customer.

Are the products powder coated?

Yes, they are powder coated using the latest state of the art powder coating line in our own factory.
